Care Givers for Alzheimer’s PatientsNovember 20th, 2012 | Posted by in Light Therapy for Anti-Aging Information
Dealing with Alzheimer's is a tough job as the patients forget their own identity. Therefore, people close to the patients have to deal with grief and the physical activities also take a toll. No caretaker can attend to the patient all the time as they are incapable of doing even simple tasks themselves. Hence, taking rest is essential. Invite nurses, friends or any other external help to look after the patients as it is certainly not a one man job. Connect with communities and other people who take care of such patients to get help. Even though you may have family, people who are in the same situation will be able to empathize better with you.
